Kecia Ray

CEO at K20CONNECT

Keynote topic: Expectations for schools and districts today are exponentially higher than they have ever been before, and the general public has a drive-through mentality with these expectations. They expect a strategy like personalized learning to be implemented today and show academic gains tomorrow. Although we know this is a challenge, how can we help manage the expectations within your community and district. Finding the right partners, building the right infrastructure, designing rich learning environments and creating a culture that supports professional development and continuous improvement are key facets to communicating the right message and supporting your students well into their future!
