What is the refund policy?
- 100% refund on full-priced tickets will be given if tickets are canceled by Friday, June 15, 2018. We are unable to refund any tickets after this date. Refunded tickets usually take 4-6 weeks to go through the refund process. To process a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before June 15, 2018.
- We are unable to refund any Early Bird tickets. Early Bird tickets may only be transferred to another person, and they must be transferred by June 15, 2018.
- All group ticket sales are final, although you may transfer a ticket to another attendee by June 15, 2018. Please note, you will only be able to make changes to a ticket if you were the person that made the ticket purchase.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It will expedite the process at registration if you bring your printed ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, please make all changes to tickets prior to June 15th. Only the person who purchased the ticket can request a transfer. Edit your ticket information through Eventbrite.
