What is the refund policy?

Please note the revised refund policy for 2017:

  • 100% refund on full-priced tickets will be given if tickets are canceled by Friday, June 23, 2017. We are unable to refund any tickets after this date. Refunded tickets usually take 4-6 weeks to go through the refund process.
  • We are unable to refund any Early Bird tickets. Early Bird tickets may only be transferred to another person, and they must be transferred by June 26, 2017.
  • All group ticket sales are final, although you may transfer a ticket to another attendee by June 26, 2017. Please note, you will only be able to make changes to a ticket if you were the person that made the ticket purchase.

Schoology NEXT 2017 provides a value that extends well beyond the 3-day conference. Attendees will learn how to maximize their use of technology in their institution and leave engaged, excited and prepared to enter the upcoming academic year.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will expedite the process at registration if you bring your printed ticket.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, please make all changes to tickets prior to June 26th. Only the person who purchased the ticket can request a transfer. Edit your ticket information through Eventbrite.
